Return & Exchange Policy

At MahjDays, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or you simply change your mind, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

14-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at service@mahjdays.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If there is an issue with the item, please include clear photos showing the problem so our team can assist you.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may delay processing.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

• Unused and in the same condition in which it was received;
• In its original packaging;
• Complete with all components, accessories, and packaging materials; and
• Free from signs of use, damage, alteration, or repackaging by the customer.

Mahjong Tile Sets

Mahjong tile sets must be returned unused and in their original factory packaging.

Once the factory seal, shrink wrap, or protective packaging surrounding the tile set has been removed, the set is generally considered opened and is not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

This restriction does not affect claims involving an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you believe there is a problem with your set, please contact us with photos before returning or disposing of any item.

MahjDays reserves the right to decline a return or adjust the refund if returned merchandise shows signs of use, missing components, customer-caused damage, or does not meet the return conditions above.

Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind or Personal Preference

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, no longer need it, or it did not meet your personal preferences, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You may use the shipping carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MahjDays cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once the issue has been verified, MahjDays will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, replacement component, refund, or a prepaid return shipping label when a return is required.

Customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs when the return is required because of a verified error or product issue on our part.

Please contact us before shipping the item back so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is delivered to our return center, our team will inspect the item to confirm that it meets the return requirements.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days after the refund is processed for it to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the refund covers the amount paid for the returned merchandise. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable.

If a discount or promotional code was used, the refund will be based on the actual amount paid for the returned item, not its original retail price.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Exchange eligibility is subject to the same return conditions above and product availability.

For exchanges requested due to personal preference, customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs. If an exchange is necessary because an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, MahjDays will assist with the shipping arrangements.

Promotional & Final Sale Items

Items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Promotional pricing or the use of a discount code alone does not make an item final sale unless it was clearly identified as Final Sale at the time of purchase.

Return Address

Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

After your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

Returns sent to an incorrect address may result in delays or may not be recoverable.
